Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with one of our products or it does not perform correctly then you can return your product for a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

Returned products must meet the criteria below:

Acceptable Condition

  • Returned products must be in new condition without signs of wear or use
  • Returned products must be returned in original packaging

Return Costs

  • For UK purchases we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for products returned within 30 days of purchase. For purchases outside of the UK we are not able to provide a shipping label
  • If you would like to return a product after 30 days you will have to pay the shipping cost for the return

Available Refunds

  • Returned products can be replaced with an equivalent product or a refund to the original payment method
  • You can select whether you would like a refund or replacement using our returns form below

To arrange a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill in our returns form to request a return label. You will require your order number.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided and the original packaging. Please include a note of your name and order number in the box.
  4. Once we receive the returned items we will review the product and be in contact.
