If you are not satisfied with one of our products or it does not perform correctly then you can return your product for a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Returned products must meet the criteria below:
Acceptable Condition
- Returned products must be in new condition without signs of wear or use
- Returned products must be returned in original packaging
Return Costs
- For UK purchases we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for products returned within 30 days of purchase. For purchases outside of the UK we are not able to provide a shipping label
- If you would like to return a product after 30 days you will have to pay the shipping cost for the return
Available Refunds
- Returned products can be replaced with an equivalent product or a refund to the original payment method
- You can select whether you would like a refund or replacement using our returns form below
To arrange a return, please complete the following steps:
- Fill in our returns form to request a return label. You will require your order number.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided and the original packaging. Please include a note of your name and order number in the box.
- Once we receive the returned items we will review the product and be in contact.
